It is the person who commits the abortion (the abortionist) first and foremost that should be considered legally culpable. As to whether or not the woman who is submitting to the abortion should be considered culpable should be dependent upon many factors, one of which being whether or not she gave her 'informed' consent. Very few murderers are given the death penalty so I almost think talking about the possibility is almost irrelevant. Blessings in Christ, PRO-LIFE ROCKS!!!

1 Clinton did not raise taxes 'retroactively', the taxes were raised for the tax year, which ends on 12/31.

2 The death penalty is not a deterrent, because, if it was, there would be no murders now.

3 The US is the ONLY advanced country that has the death penalty: there are no other countries to compare it to.

4 A woman has a medical issue that says 'if she carries to term, she will die'. She aborts to save her life, and then you execute her.
