Coin Drop Practice with Suicide Flop

Practicing Coin Drop for like...the 4th time ever

and the rubbish suicide, if you pause it at the right moment you can actually see my head touching the mat =.=

The very last move you do at the end.... Is that called a suicide flop?? I have been looking online for tutorials of it but I don't know what it's called??? HELP!

@TheSarahR oh no - its called a "suicide flip", i named it suicide flop because "flop" can be used as slang for "fail", all u have to do, is do a half a front tuck...and land on ur back - i strongly suggest u practise on crash mats or ur bed, think of it like, doing a forward roll - but with a jump ^^ i hope that helps

how do you pop back onto your feet? right when you coin drop and then how do you pop after?

@mochaaaa2393 if u can kip/flip up, it would help, but if u cant, then basically, while ur turning onto ur shoulder (like the same motion whie doing windmills) (as in, the "exiting" shoulder), put ur hands out, and while ur legs are cvrunched, pump them up and start turning ur body towards ur hands and use ur hands to help u get up....sounds confusing, but if u link what i said and watch the video you can sort of make sense of it lol? Come back if u have nmore quesitons ^^

@mochaaaa2393 yeh man, but hips twist first, then u start to roll high onto ur shoulders (at this point ur arms should be on the side ur gonna flip up from) then ur arms touch the ground and u push off the ground....its a bad explanation but if u watch ppl coindropping ull get what i mean lol

nice I want to learn the suicide drop, where do you get/buy those "carpets" I don´t now the word for it but those u practise on xD

@dumbasschild OH right those "carpets" are like....fuck i dont even know what to call them myself lol! they're basically judo mats, they can be quite expensive i think...try internet?
