One to Watch: Sonya Cassidy Interview

Sonya Cassidy trained at RADA and, since graduating in 2008, has seen large success to become an acclaimed and in demand actress. She starred alongside Kevin Spacey in 2009 in her first leading role in *Inherit the Wind*, directed by Trevor Nunn. Having since appeared in several stage productions including the Donmar's 2010 *The Prince of Homburg*, she obviously created a strong first impression on Sir Trevor as he later asked her to audition for her current role, Princess Alais, in his production of *The Lion in Winter* at Theatre Royal Haymarket.

With a enviable cast led by national treasures Robert Lindsay and Joanna Lumley, we found out from Sonya more about the show, what it's like working with greats of theatre and what her journey to being an actress was like.
