New Super Mario Bros. Wii: World 9-5

We're back to an ice level, and this one is full of penguins and Fuzzies.

The Penguin Suit is very helpful here, allowing you to move around with more traction. Also, it doesn't hurt that the Penguin Suit allows you to throw snow balls at the Fuzzies, freezing them. You will need to freeze a Fuzzie to grab the third Star Coins (you can use a Propeller Suit as well).
