MTA Long Island Bus: Orion VII NG CNG 1812 on the N33; Orion V CNG 1580 on the N15

For one final time, I toured Nassau to take shots and videos of Long Island Bus. Here, a Far Rockaway-bound N33 and Roosevelt Field-bound N15 depart from the bus terminal in Long Beach.

This clip was recorded on December 31st, 2011, the last day of service for Long Island Bus. Starting on New Year's Day, Veolia acquires Long Island Bus from the MTA, creating a private service called the Nassau Inter-County Express (or NICE, for short).

It's an end of an era for MTA Long Island Bus. Hope to see Veolia shine in Nassau for many years to come.
