@flitch1 If you look at the title of the video is Taking the lid off. In this video I show how to open the projector, that why half of the video (or even more than half, lol) is my taking screws off.

wow cool work did you purchase the 100 watt led for this project? i have always thought that the smaller the projector , the smaller the lcd which in turn creates a smaller range of pixel resolution. However after watching some of your videos the final outcome looks fantastic!!
