Is this guy crazy or what? *NEW*!? Not only painter, but artrage also has this paint features for YEARS!
And that lame feature of moving the arm of the guy? Nonsense. This is NOT NEW! They simply ported it over from After Effects which had that feature for very long time.

The fact that other programs could had certain features in the past does not make it any less of an improvement to photoshop.
People had cameras since the 18 hundreds......but that didn't make camera phones old news when they first came out!"

OLD news!!!!! regarding "new" painting abilities.... 'Painter' is more advanced by far. It's available there for more than a decade.
Regarding joints and bones.... used for years already by 'ToonBoom'... everything here looks like new features ten years ago
