What you expect them to just stop the train at random when ever someone pushes the button? Yeah it's worded weird but you'd have to be pretty special to not see that when it stops and the buttons light up it's for opening the doors. Sheesh some people just have to complain because it's their hobby or something.

Yeah the Stop Requests are actually just Door Openers. If you try to push the button between stations, it won't do anything. They are very poorly labeled.
