  • i have a question please! when u say anaerobic..it means...training without air?..like..hold your breath the entire time you are doing the drill??..thx

  • No, anaerobic does mean "without oxygen" but it refers to the fact that your body can not use oxygen to produce most of the energy. That energy systme is known as the anaerobic energy system so conditioning exercises that rely mostly on this energy system are known as anaerobic conditioning drills.

  • i think the skipping looked more aerobic, anaerobic skipping would be very fast rope turns and sprint on the spot, anyways, another great method i found was after your aerobic cardio runs, right after oyur finished do a good sprint before finishing, and then immediately do some knee tuck jumps, this will really get oyu breathing out of oyur arse, and to me, anything that gets you breathing out of oyur arse is anaerobic.

  • at that intensity that is an aerobic exercise

  • Thx a lot!very kind of u!i will now train!and thx for that great clip!/Jai
