Brain controlled helicopter.
My attempt to build brain-computer interface at home with the cheap home-made hardware based on OpenEEG.

  • @roofy2k I used 2 channels. Take a look at commercial products designed just for this purpose. Personally I haven't tried none of them and can't tell you how it works but you might be interested. Search for NeuroSky, I think they are cheap now

  • @roofy2k Depends what commercial device you are planning to buy. The more channels you have the better and easier will be to build your brain map. And you'll get more accurate results. It is sort of read-only, however, depending what kind of implementation you would choose, you'll have to do some brain training. Let's put in simple words, you'll have to learn to change your brain waves.Have alook at neurofeedback and keep in mind that connecting electrodes to brains may result in electric shock.

  • please say you documented this. we've got a modularEEG that I built and have been looking for some fun projects to do with it. I've had a look at your blog but I'd love to know some more details about this!
