@toreaxe what's the problem of saying he is the best guitar player? and what does that have to do with listening or not to other bands/musicians? lol

Love how Guy tells the "glass player" to shift note...hehe.
"Now......and now.....now.....and......now.
Peace.

but both after a while have bored me to death, good groups though. Then again good music doesn't age, The age of music is determined by how fast it bores you, not if it was made recently or less. If you have never listened to a song it isn't even born with you, you listen to a song that gets bombarded over the radio, that ages.

@ballrigors1 ehm... pink floyd aren't recent.... right? try looking up some old gig posters, they actually played together in some gigs, and (pink) have colaborated during the years with some artists who were part of the cantebury movement on their solo albums. Gilmor inviting Robert wyatt is one of their latest collaborations. Current music is based All on old music, I get new sensations listening to "old" music rarther than the new crap which delivers boredom. Anyway radiohead, ozric tentacles

@toreaxe Open your mind? and you'r talking about Softmachine? WTF? talk about being stuck. that shit was almost fifty years ago. If your gonna tell someone to open their mind then maybe suggest something a little more current.

I think this show was cancelled in venice. A friend of mine went only to find the show was cancelled... I love pink floyd and are my favorite group, but i don't understand why people comment saying he's the best guitarist or this or that, you obviously don't listen to other musicians, open your mind and heart. Discover other groups and musicians, don't stop. Ever heard of softmachine or gong and lots of other great groups of those years? Obviously not.
