No not really Desu is not a grammatical mistake it's used to be polite and ha means WA you pronunciate WA but it's typed HA(it's to introduce a topic) and Desu is to be polite to make your phrase more polite it depend to who i talk with if i talk to a Sensei i wuold use Masu form and Desu, if i talk to a friend i wuoldn't you Desu and Masu for example

Go　行きます(Polite) 行く(not Polite) 行きました(past polite) 行った(past not polite)

your spelling is terrible wrong, anyway in the song it means why not in general it's a negation thou for example watashi ha kirei ja nai ( im not pretty) 私はきれいじゃない！ Ja Nai=じゃない
