Two Hogs I killed About a Month Ago. They were coming to this field and stealing all the feed so i had to do a little pest control. There is a third hog i shot that you can hear at the end of the video but i did not get that hog in the actual video.

  • Great shooting! A++

  • Nice shooting in low light. The .17 HMR is impressive too.

  • Well done

  • not very good shooting by any means use a larger gun that kill was not very clean

  • Those pigs have never been shot at before

  • My daughter just picked up a .17, and it is a lot of fun. Can't wait to show her your video. Shot placement is the most important issue with any firearm. Some guys seem to think if the gun is a big enough calibre you just hit the animal anywhere. Thanks for posting this one.

  • @camerl2009

    Actually, if you're going for the "cheapest" way to kill a hog, 22's come in boxes of 500 for around 20 bucks. Not nearly a cannon by far.

    223 bulk isn't too expensive per round either.

    You're right, shot placement is important. But it's not a crutch you can lean on to take down any medium-small game.

    Hogs are a pest. I get it. But there's proper ways to go about disposing of them. Shooting them in the head is one of them. Just use the right caliber.

  • @camerl2009 LOL kill with one shot that WE look for. i don't know about you though.

  • @Saigax12 you dont need a cannon to shoot pest game you can use the cheapest option as long as you can place the shot in the right spot you could miss a vital spot with a big bore and still have a hog not die for days its all about being a good shot and knowing your gun

  • @jtjjbannie you can drop a deer with a .22lr its all about shot placement and knowing your gun and or self
