[HD] Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor - Panzerkrieg Mode

This video shows off the extremely fun "Panzerkrieg" versus mode which is included with the Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor expansion pack. Some members of the development took part, and two games were played to make sure that both Axis and Allied options were explored.

There are unique upgrade trees for each tank which are not a part of the other modes. For example, the Hotchkiss tank in Panzerkrieg can drop tread killing mines, while the Panzer IV can pull off an extremely deadly triple shot. Allied tanks also have their own upgrade trees, making for some very exciting and fun combinations in multiplayer.

The objective of Panzerkrieg is to hold the victory points, which also grant support and combat based abilities. Holding the infantry point for example will gradually build up infantry reserves which can be called in using manpower. Holding the radio tower point first enables just a standard recon plane, but later bombing runs.

Destroying enemy vehicles costs the enemy team twenty victory points, and earns the killer experience.

Tales of Valor ships on April 7th, and should be in stores by April 9th, 2009.

even though a Pershings armor and gun were a bit better in real life, the tiger still will always win because they only allowed very experienced crew to command, so if a tiger and a Pershing ever met the tiger crew will know exactly what to do.

@0puest0 lmao, where'd you hear that? the only confrontation between a Pershing and Tiger resulted in an easy win for the Tiger, the Tiger fired 3 shots, 2 penetrated the Pershing's turret and the crew bailed out.
