The people to blame for this travesty are the legislators who made this act a crime in the first place.
This is another perfect example of our government intruding too far into the lives of Americans. What we need is a criminal justice system less concerned with the minutiae of every day life among consenting adults, and more focused on actual crimes committed by actual criminals.

I believe in helping people if you are financially able to afford it! Keep in mind that this so called law only allows money to be contributed because the authorities want to benefit as well! If I were to invite someone who is homeless on to my patio and offer him a meal that is my right as a fellow human being!

This only occurs because the most powerful and wealthiest control our "security" forces.
Our police officers blindly follow these orders, there are people being raped, killed, and tortured yet you waste time with things such as this?
