  • Good job bro

  • yes very melodic and danceable. but not AUTHENTIC. that was WALE BADRU'S MUSIC. intrumental released in 84 or '85. my high school band used toplay the beat a lot. we used to sing it as : "emayo emajo great MB" 'MB" is methodist boys high school broad st Lagos. that was 1986. we "stole" the tune from badru. that tune is about 25 years old now. it's not new.

  • very beautiful and authentic!

  • O GBEDU-rific o!

  • I FEEL U.....HIIYYAA!!!

  • NICE Gbedu............................

  • mehhhhn! dis is greeezy blud! mo gbadun e gaaaan! ur mouthed baba! carry go! 1

  • i looove this...great job!!

  • The tune is Wally Badarou's but Kola has jazzed it up, given it more ambience than in the original instrumental, jazz-themed version. I like Kola's musicianship a lot, but I'd do more about the lyrics."E seun", the fine tribute to mothers for instance sounds a bit loose in the bass section; where a tighter groove would have ensured a true hit the impression one has is of session men still trying to find a hook right till the end of an otherwise fine, noble song. "Sweety Baby" is my own fave!

  • Kola I am feeling your style jare ..nice sax combination, very unique nigerian jazz/highlife.
