and Galaspark actually should be female.i think namco desighned it as a male because mayebe they thought that it would be strange to have a Queen ruling over a million insect armies.so that's why i think he is male.IT SHOULD BE QUEEN GALASPARK!!!!

Galaspark freaked me OUT.it's big huge and weird.(Galaga Arrengment is an epic battle with your ship.you are in different zones killing each and every one of the insect aliens.later in the game you fight King Galaspark wich is the Final Boss.i have finished this game 6 times.epicness!)

@thecrispt3r4t0r RaceBandit has a point. Unlike the original which shows only 3 breeds of Galaga during gameplay while others were only on bonus stages or appear under certain conditions, here has a whole new variety of Galagas so they must've bred from the previous years to prepare a better assault. This point can also be proven in Galaga 88 where there are also new variations of Galagas.
