well where as this may be i nice PSA kind of thing in actuality it doesent pan out easily .  Ironically Nuclear weapons reduction may be just as costly but instead of the facility to maintain it in a clean state you have a facility to maintain it in a waste state . its a pick your poison kind of thing .

With that said i highly doubt unilateral arms reduction will happen when it comes to nuclear arms . it will always be done in a way where more than one country is reducing their nukes
