@stupogo0 That was a problem. It wasn't completely different but monster was a bit weird, and the fact that the Tales 1 cast had locked stats did suck. The world map can be viewed as a good riddance or not, im kind of in the middle. And yeah, the side quests were good. I'm not saying it was perfect, it had a lot of flaws, I just think sometimes people underrate it because it wasn't as good as the first, which is understandable, but it just rubs me the wrong way sometimes. :T

@Saber698 the old cast couldnt level up they changed yuan ALOT i wouldnt have mind the changes to the world if the time skip was more then 3 years that and i didnt like the montser system getting ride of the world map wasnt fun the side questes werent all the great the only thing i can say is first tales game with multi endings thats about it

@stupogo0 Well apparently it used the same style as Abyss which everyone liked. To be honest It didn't change THAT much. All the main characters from ToS1 are there too.

@Saber698 i still say 2 things bout that game and most sequels
1) if its not a long time(less then 5 years) skip KEEP EVERYONE FROM THE FIRST GAME THE SAME, unless a traumatic event happened
2)DO NOT CHANGE THE GAME PLAY THAT MUCH!

@stupogo0 I heard DotNW had a much smaller budget, so maybe that's why it was a little lacking, though it wasn't bad per say. It was alright, but 1 beats 2 any day.
