But what they want and preach has nothing to do with freedom. This is not a strength, this is America's biggest weakness. Promoting undemocratic, racist and offensive things should be punished by law - and many other democracies in the world do that without being dictatorships. Spreading hate hs nothing to do with freedom, it's a crime.

If you ever wondered were the church of satan is...Its in westboro. They are no better than Islamic extremists. Why don't they all just unite under satan? They are doing his work. Promoting hatred, killing, is strictly forbidden in all world religions.

@irishrogue61mak2 what happens?

one sign says god hates fags

@MaryWaterton Careful waving that brush around so freely. Are you certain that the "they" whom He has blinded, etc., are the people you think they are?
-
if promoting "undemocratic racist and offensive things" was illegal, how would we define what is "racist or offensive" and... isn't censorship the enemy of all things democratic?
sure, lots of democrats want censorship. but honestly. democrats dont know anything about democracy.
-
aye... censorship in the name of democracy.
this has everything to do with freedom.
People like the WBC should have their rights revoked. They hate this country so much? They should just get the fuck out. Then again I don't think any other country would put up with their bullshit. Hell England banned the Phelps family from England all together. That should say something if an entire country doesn't even want them on their land.

@MrJDred there is something to be said about a country that tolerates the phelps family. they are annoying but they don't hurt anybody.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
That guy in the glasses doing the talking is as lost as a duck in a hail storm. Lost and on his way to Hell. The irony is that he thinks he is doing a good thing by protesting "hate".
"He has blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." (John 12:40)
Nothing else explains this wholehearted acceptance of what God has called an abomination.
