i've been doing this regimen and my hair has made a 360! I dont have ateeya's length or movement yet but I definately noticed my hair has become much more healthier! No more split ends or fall outs and its more manageable dont knock it till you try it!

someof yall need to stop wasting your moey buying all of this hair crap you dont need all of that to have nice hair ...you can buy it but you probaly wont have the same results as ateeya you cant buy nice hair its mostly genetic so no matter how much aphogee and othe crap you buy will be a waste just wash and condition your hair apply some leave in and go about your business aphogee is rich as hell behind so many black women thinking its their miracle

I agree...I use reasonable priced hair products and my hair always looks nice. I'm not about to waste money on expensive hair products.

I agree somewhat. It is genetic but u can have healthy hair even if it won't grow.
