Anti-bullying Laws Suck, and I'll tell you why!

There has been a lot of talk surrounding creation of new laws prohibiting bullying.

That is all nice and good, but WHY DO WE NEED A NEW LAW that shouldn't need to exist if we enforced our already signed laws?!

I am not for kids being bullied but I am also not for putting them all in super bubbles. Lets fix the real world that way when they get out of school they can function.

Assault is illegal, bullies beat kids up and is already illegal!

Harassment is illegal, bullies harass kids, and is already illegal!

Lets just enforce the laws we have and work from there.

I Disagree , If You Talk about your problems then you will be fine is bullshit . Alot of bullys in school say if you ever tell anyone about this your dead. And Ive found that to be true . I told on a bully once and he went through his punishment Then came after me more . even threatened my friends and family after,, You seem like you always want to be rite and I love your videos But you are wrong now ...Peace ..Tommy B

We both agree that those people are bad, we just need to figure out a way to fix it without shooting them. lol

I love how I see a bunch of comments calling children names. Yeah, lets call them all pussies, all of them! That will get our message across! ah ha ha ha ha...no -.- I agree wholeheartedly that the antibullying law sucks and that the funding should be directed to making counseling more accessible. People need to realize that times have changed. What children go through today isn't the same as what children may have went through years ago. This is fucking Ridiculous.. This era of kids are a bunch of pussy's, riddle me that. I Remember being a kid getting bullied, beaten the fuck out of, getting jumped ect.. You know how i dealt with my problems?? FIGHTING BACK! These kids need to know how to defend them selves when theyre in those types of situations. They need to take charge of them selves and know that mommy and daddy isnt gonna be their for them all the time. We need to STOP spoiling our kids! Its fucking them up!

@godswordofsaradomin We're not a spartan society anymore. We're a bit more civilized than that now. Fights are just barbaric when they can be avoided in the first place. Because once you fight back and defeat the bully, you're suddenly in the same position as the bully and you'll have a great tendency to become the bully yourself, thus starting a cycle of bullying and hatred. Your idea is also what starts wars between countries and costs the lives of billions.

Anti-bullying laws are a waste of time. Parents may complajn and kids may cry, but in the end it is conflict that strenghens us, and all these laws do is isolate the victims from the truth. Also the zero tolerance on fighting schools are a joke because it lets those wannabe gang bangers push everyone around because theydon't care if they get expelled, but if I defend myself I get punished.

Totally agree! Anti-bullying laws are an attempt to create a utopian society where nobody hates, is mean, bullies, is racist, is "homophobic, is nasty, is greedy, etc., etc., etc. All utopian laws, especially at the federal level lead to tyranny. Anti-bullying laws can also go so far as to infringe on free speech because it might "lead to bullying". Keep up the good work!

Yeah right. Your videos SUCK! You think you have all the answers, like you can understand depression, fear, paranoia. Like somehow it can all be solved with a pill or counseling with Dr. Phil. People like you don't know anything about hardship and difficult times. Society and Government should PROTECT the weak, especially THOSE who CANNOT PROTECT THEMSELVES.
