ummm.... I notice that he didn't actually say exactly what the 'auditor's' training contained. He said it was the equivalent of 4 years of college. Does that mean they studied for 4 years and achieved some kind of externally examinable qualification?? What exactly is in the training? Highly relevant as you're talking about dealing with a lot of people, some of whom will have genuine psychological issues.
