Truth is you don't have to be a stomach sleeper with this pillow, it's just too comfy! Actually able to fall asleep on my back for the first time with this pillow!

I have this pillow and love it. I have tried many different pillows over the years and this is the one for me. One advantage not mentioned, that I like, is that I find it cooler than traditional pillows.
My first one was recommended to me by my chiropractor. I have worn it out and recently purchased another. I will keep the old one for camping.
I sleep on my side.

@TheYaom eh... I got one but it's weird. I've never had back or neck pains, I got it for a "pillow upgrade". It's nice in that it doesn't move easily because it's heavier then a regular pillow. Yet it can be uncomfortable. I think it was a downgrade in getting a pillow, but it's hard to say. It's just so very different, because I've only had normal pillows before this. You can try it, but I can't tell you if it'll help your medical needs. Good luck!

@chicken9287 did it work for you? I suffer from neck pain and upper back pain in the morning and some pillows give me terrible headaches...... did waterflow work for you?
