We'll see if she follows the Constitution?...I hope she's the best Justice in our history. That would mean she is not an "activist" on the court. I have my doubts because Obama appointed her...that's all. I hope I'm wrong about her...

by ur reasoning the constitution and all the laws made back then dont apply now. and that reasoning is stupid. the founding fathers knew what they were doing by writing that stuff, and it was for this time. they knew technology would advance, just like we know it. read the constitution and the bill of rights...u might just learn something
