Xoxocotla is a village about 2 hours away from Mexico City, half way to Acapulco. Mexico defined some regions where the people can organize themselves, have no police, no standard institutions. They organize themselves. These pictures were taken crossing the village on the fly. Also you can see on the video a typical "tianguis" mexican flea market.
