  • Doesnt it hurt when you grip the pole with your inner thighs? Cause when i try it hurts like a bitch

  • @sasuke4490 haha yeah... you sort of just get used to it after a while. When we first learn, we tend to apply a little too much pressure which makes it really uncomfortable. As you get more confidence you won't have to squeeze quite so hard... but there is always going to be some discomfortsince your skin pulling as it holds your weight... keep working on it! =)

  • Oh !! beautiful !! IS static pole ????

  • @magicpoison100 - this video is a demonstration on spin mode!

  • Does the pole spin itself or are your hands just sliding on it?

  • @Carley331 - this video is a demonstration on spin mode!

  • You've got quite the socks there.....

  • tts cool)) i`ve been pole dancing for about a 2 yrs but never tried it in a spin mode coz I start feeling dizzy. how long did actually take u to get used to it?

  • Wow, pole dancing that's incredibly beautiful rather than vulgar.

  • that looks so fucking fun

  • @SxRxH666 I definitely recommend starting on static first. Spin mode requires a lot of strength and finesse... so having a solid foundation before tackling spin mode will make it that much more fun!

  • This looks so fun!, I am gonna go buy one for myselff!!
