  • @desembodic I do very slowly or I can more quick but its only temporary like fluid in muscle from doing higher volume training. I train upper back more like that and the rest of the body lower reps with occasional higher reps for legs.

  • @desembodic what are you talking about man, his weight has gone up to 260 and stays near the 250. hes stronger, weighs more, looks bigger. somehow he must of gained muscle. you need to get your glasses checked

  • @desembodic He does; his muscles just become more dense rather than larger. Some people can get large really easily without gaining much strength; as such they'd make fantastic bodybuilders. Others are like Chris, where strength comes but size doesn't. It's all in the genetics.
