  • You are supposed to give them TIMOTHY hay. You can use several other types of hay, but timothy is the best for most rabbits. Their diet should be hay, veggies, and a SMALL amount of pellets. Also, they need way more space than what you are showing, and outdoor hutches are not the best way to care for your rabbit. They are very social and need way more human interaction. Most of what you are recommending and showing are not good ways to care for your pet rabbit.

  • Alfafa for young rabbits (under 1 year) , Timothy for older rabbits.

  • @feonabunny wat about fruit?

  • How long can you keep bunny (or Guinea Pig) pellets in a bowl for food? Like you said about the water, how it turns stale and can cause major health problems. Can the same happen to old food?

  • Is a cage 40.5”L x 17.25”W x 18”H big enough for a 5 LB rabbit?

  • Bunnies also need a big place to run. Most people give them my own room. I am actully getting a bunny soon. But we are going to share the whole room. (MAKE SURE TO BUNNY PROOF YOUR ROOM BEFORE LETTING THEM IN!!!!!!)

  • Great vidoe. Good information. The cage is just fine. Rabbits don't need a whole lot of space, and a veggie based diet can be very harmful to their health. they don't need all of that(unless you want a very sick , out of condition rabbit on your hands).

  • Pretty good video, but they should have a larger cage, or a lot of time outside of the cage. Timothy or orchard grass hay are much better for bunnies than alfalfa. Alfalfa is okay for baby bunnies but not for adults. It has too much protein and calcium and not as much fiber as other hays.

  • are your rabbits litter box trained?

    BBS

  • can you use use shereded news paper from the week before in the litter box?(my dad mite get a rabbit for me)
