This is more interesting. more later.
Means much more to me. Guess I like the controlled out of tuneness, The strings don't seem to mind either. A little like slide playing, or fretless playing. Once converted my first guitar into a semi fretted, semi fretless guitar. So I cut the frets off half way from the fourth string through sixth. Of course if worked very badly as it was a classical guitar. Not about to try that on my current instrument.
So this sounds in the realm of some of the stuff Bill Frisell plays sometimes.

One of the unique qualities of the guitar is it's micro tonal capabilities. Always liked the sound on Miles Davis' "little church. http://en.sevenload.com/videos/CKjplsR-Miles-Davis-Little-Church
