@aprillh It's not fair for him he had no choice in the matter. I believe this Dream Act it should be passed. This is not for people to start coming to the U.S. it's for kids that have already been here. They are Americans not being born here but by heart they are Americans.

3. Basically calls USA "motherland" - check
But yet, when he was 2, was born in a different country. US should want people like that to stay, never mind kicking them out. But then again, the land of immigrants seems to love to kick out *productive* immigrants these days.

i'm sure there will be some sort of stipulation if the dream act passes.
idk maybe you'd have to have lived here for example since a certain year and anyone who came after that wouldnt qualify
