Phenomenal book, cheesey low grade B movie.

I saw Nightfall theatrically when I wuz 14 yrs old, the movie poser said "The greatest science fiction movie classic ever made" but in reality, it was the greatest science fiction story ever destroyed!

Toward the end of the movie, which I suffered all the way through, half the audience in the movie theater had already abandoned their seats and left!

The only reason I stayed was that my mom was picking me up, otherwise I would have walked 10 miles home!

i just read the book, and only watched the trailer.. I change my mind I don't want to watch the movie now, it seems too far off the book and silly.. what is this giant cobra.. ?

This was such a horrible book-to-film adaptation... I surely hope Roland knows what he's doing... Jennifer Burns was hot, though.
