I have updated my schedule, I believe shorter naps are better for me, so I am shooting for 15-20 minute naps now, and have changed the schedule to incorporate a nap during work.

4:40
6:40
12:40
4:40
8:40
12:40
4:40

Is pretty much the schedule right now.
I know I talk poorly of how I feel when I wake up but I'd like to remind you that I feel like a glorious 193748k dollars when I do finally 'wake up' at around 7-8.

This one is a long one, good luck getting through it.

PS I love Rock Band 2

  • Seems you're attempting the Uberman Schedule. I'm practicing Everyman.

    3 hours core nap = 0200 to 0500 hours

1 AM Nap between 0800 to 0900 hours

    2 PM Naps

1 Late Nap at 2200 hours

Best of Luck with Uberman. I would like to try it too, but not sure how it would affect work.

  • After getting sick a few days later I have reverted to similiar 'everyman' schedule which is outlined in my latest video.

I asked my work to allow me to take breaks at the time I needed them, and I was blessed enough to hear an oh-kay

  • thank you for your videos Aeia!

I am still in the very beginning, and I gotta say I find it pretty tough to not just go to bed, but especially at those moments it really helps me just to watch your videos!

They work much better then watching a movie or playing video games! They are so very motivational also :) Keep them coming! (I have a feeling I am running out of them pretty soon^^)

  • Doin great here as well. Having real dreams constantly is a really good sign.

Gotta have some breakfast now! Will finish with these logs later.
