Message to state legislators:
A Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) cannot be limited to one issue like immigration reform. The U.S. Constitution places no restrictions on a Con-Con once it comes into being - regardless of what restrictions individual state legislatures imagine they might be able to apply.

  • I'm having trouble finding details about the "special ratification conventions."

From what I am learning in these videos, it seems the only role the states have is to call for the convention. Once in motion, any role the states may have is at the discretion, and benevolence of the Con Con. So, theoretically, a Con Con could rewrite the rules for choosing delegates, and how, or by whom it is ratified.

  • There's nothing wrong with a convention as long as you pick honest constitutionalists as the delegates. The problem is that congress would pick socialists & communists. So before we can call a convention we need to flush the toilet and get rid of the turds that is our current congress. My suggestion is to find true constitutionalists to vote for in every election from town mayor, to governor, to president & everything in between.

I'm putting this on all 4 parts.
