In this video I perform 10 supersets of 10 kettlebell swings and 10 bodyweight press ups. The workout trains both the aerobic (heart and lungs) and anaerobic (muscles) systems and it therefore an excellent total body conditioning workout. Give it a try! http://ultimatefitnesstraining.blogspot.com
