I've been thinking about apathy a lot lately myself. I never feel productive when I'm in that mood, though. Good for you for at least being able to do something with it.

Hey Tim, long time no talk. Yeah, being in an apathetic mood tends to neutralize my emotions and lessen my anxiety as well, allowing me to do things with little or no nervousness at all. Unfortunately, my motivation tends to lessen as well, so I don't really get as much done as I would like when I'm in that mood.

I think caffeine also can raise your blood pressure. Stay away from those energy booster drinks :)

Yeah, I've been trying to keep away from anything caffeinated for years. I only drink those energy drinks or take caffeine pills when I absolutely need to, like when I can't stay awake for anything at work or on the road, which is pretty rare anyway.

High blood pressure runs in my family too. Anxiety doesn't help it either.

I don't vote for anything- I'm not even registered to vote. I don't know who's running for mayor but I suppose they can't get any worse than Kwame.

Yeah, when my blood pressure showed up high the nurse asked if I was nervous and I was, so I'm sure that just added to the issue. We're always so high-strung and on edge; sucks how our nerves are constantly on overdrive. I actually didn't register to vote until I was 21, and only because a lady came to my job getting people to register and I felt pressured I guess. Oh and you're right, can't get any worse than Kwame. There was like no one at the polls yesterday either, like no one even cared.

Yep, it's a piranha. Believe it or not, there used to be three back when we first got them a few years ago and this one ate them all. Kinda says something about life and the way the world is.
