No better voice than Kelly's for this beautiful song. I am glad to know she is well and with us. I felt like the Singers were living down the street from me when listening to their music. (they didn't though); because their harmonies and voices and the arrangements were so wonderfully alive. Thank you for this vintage post. And THANK YOU Elaine.

Wow! Thanks for all these wonderful compliments. Elaine Kelly is doing well. She lives in the Sacramento area of California. She did attend Bishop Hawkins funeral as did many of the original Edwin Hawkins Singers. I will be sure to tell my aunt Elaine all of the wonderful comments that you all have posted as she doesn't have a computer. LOL. Elaine never recorded a solo album. She's retired but currently works with unwed mothers and other programs at her local church.
