  • Well Supersmurf62, there's getting "built" and then there's showing up to wrestle lean and mean. Too often young guys become obsessed with gaining weight, when most of it is just water and fat.... you say you're 6ft, 220lbs. thats pretty built if you ask me. the question i have for you is what's your body fat %?

    Last summer i started a 6 month building program. I gained 15lbs while keeping my body fat % under 10%, so when i was done i was big and ripped! I can show you how. Are you in LA area?

  • I did alot of those workouts when I used to play football, now a year later after stopping becuase of district change/Didn't want to play for my new school I am starting to work out at the LA fitness. My main goals are to get into a good college with my grades mostly but I might consider wrestling this year. I hate being told what to do but I like it at the same becuase of the results. 2 years away from being a senior, I'm in my summer time I am trying to get built. Any advice? 220 pounds 6'0 ft
