Miles, the Denver Broncos mascot, visited Adams City Middle

Miles, the Denver Broncos mascot, visited Adams City Middle School to emphasize the importance of good nutrition and physical activity.

During halftime at the student-teacher basketball game, Miles danced to hip hop and help staff hand out prizes to students who completed physical activity movement logs. The program is being sponsored in support of LiveWell Colorado Commerce City District's Wellness Program and celebrates the students' incorporating activity into their lives in order to perform better at home and at school.

Western Dairy Association will help educate kids students on the importance of milk intake for strong bones, toned muscles and sharp minds by providing each attendee with chocolate milk.
