When I first played this piece I fell In love. One of the best pieces in Concert Band Literature. :) Another amazing piece By Percy Grainger.

I was at county band and we played this.. our director told us to think of one person in our lives that meant the world to us.. like the father to his son in this song..and play it out for that person, like you are singing and telling them good bye. I chose my grandfather, because this is his favorite song in the world. I began to cry as we played this at the festival. When he passes some day, i want to play this for him at his funeral. Think of that one person, Youtube, and never forget them <3
