They do still make em like that. The problem is the music industry is not about music anymore. so the ones with the truely great voices just slip by and never get heard.

You should check out the Sons of the Pioneers. They sung this song way before Cash (who is fantastic, not taking anything away from him). But yeah...I don't like Country music either but the Sons of the Pioneers are great. They're from the 30s and 40s, so before Country music had incorporated drums.
