As it says at the end of the video, it's 340MPH. I know those kinds of speeds are probably impossible for the car in real life (the gearbox and tyres would probably melt), but that doesn't mean it cannot be achieved in the game. I achieved the speed through my knowledge of tuning cars for high speed in GT4.
