Lyger is a 10 year old Sheppard/Golden/Lab Mix who has significantly slowed down over the last year. Watch Lyger struggle climbing stairs and even have to bunny hop a few times just to make it up.

  • Excuse me but Hip Dysplasia is not caused by old age. It is something dogs are born with and it develops when they are young. This dog has arthritis. She is overweight and older and her legs have begun to stiffen because of it. My dog is 14 and is Lab/Chow/APBT and walks nothing like this. Proper exercise and weight management can prevent this from happening and prevent the need for costly medications. Hope she's doing better now though!
