Whatever the cause (probably under stimulation)... if you ACTUALLY want this sort of behavior to stop, speaking to it in a soft, calm voice is only going to confuse the pup, which you can plainly see it did. It didn't recognize the behavior as wrong at all.... to the point where it started nibbling with you right there. I bet dad came home and chewed the pup out for the mishap too, leaving a confused and frustrated pup... you need to assertively correct the situation then and there.
OMG LMAO... So much like a Boxer and if you can't see the humor in it then you should not have a Boxer.. They are like muscle bound 3yr olds and sooner or later they all get into trouble.. HAHAHA
It's just a little mishap, this happens to most dog owners at some stage. Who are you to say it doesnt get enough exercise? A dog could do this in ten minutes flat. Plus hes not really punishing it the dog just looks confused.
omg look at him and what he did! he reminds me of my boxer named shaq (go figure) who was missing only to find him upstairs under my mom clothes rack ripping up one of her dresses lmao, that face he made was terribly guilty, my mom was horrified.
Nice dog! He just needs to get out more and use some of that energy,my dog did the same stuff till I let her get a good run outside.

He played with that stuff because he's BORED and not had enough exercise! He's adorable ... Please don't make him feel bad for his owner's mistake!
