  • is that necessary? the Turkish way is not the only way.

  • Baklava is Turkish and not Greek, also like sarma and dolma these are turkish food.

    For the lady, in Turkey we love it with Pistache. You should try it. And dont make that amount of layers. One or two layers are way enough.

  • baklava with cinnamon ouch ! it must be very sharp taste .

    Usually pistachio or finely chopped walnut is the mainly used but I admire your effort to make baklava it is time consuming process
