My friends atc 250r kicks up a stick and sends it flying at my helmet. All caught on cam thx to the go pro hero wide.

Thats a good reason to wear a chest protector as well. A few years back, I was riding a CRF 150 behind a buddy of mine who was on a banshee. His tires launched large rocks at my face and chest. Chest protector and helmet saved me from serious injury.

I hate people saying you were lucky. Wearing a helmet isn't a matter of luck, it's only common sense. I don't feel bad for people who don't wear helmets. I just hope they don't have children.

I am a huge helmet advocate and this is a great vid. Been ridin since I was 4 and now im 30 and would have died many times over if not for my helmet. Anyone who thinks helmets are silly hasnt been ridin long its not just the ground that bites when on a dirt bike. Motocross and woods ridin is extremely dangerous to begin with why would you want to up your chances of injury or death! Live Fast Ride Hard!!
