  • For the past month I have been Cellercising with a Suunto heart rate monitor on which measures heart rate, calories burned, and a variety of other things as well. I weigh 174 pounds and I burn between 700 and 800 calories per hour Cellercising. For example, yesterday I exercised for 61 minutes and burned 739 calories! My average heart rate is about 145 BPM while Cellercising.

  • If you can successfully rock-climb you probably are already in shape.

  • @mattycbase what he says is true, rebounding also helps your lyphatic system which helps every cell in your body to be clean from waste that each cell produces so basicly reboundign literally works every cell in your body. What you can do for what your goal is, is simply include rebounding in with your normal training routine. Maybe just replace it with jogging and skipping rope, (i actually mimic rope skipping on my rebounder by doing the hand motions) but continue doing your regular workouts.

  • @mattycbase

Yes, it's been tested to be more efficient than jogging. The spring absorbs the impact of your landing, but your body still has to do work as it resists the impact and maintains balance. If you're body wasn't doing work, you'd crumble to the ground when you landed on the mat. There are also health benefits of the the g-forces, and the up/down motion.

  • Can this be right? How does it compare with skipping for example? I mean doesn't the spring do most of the work? Basically I wanna get back down to fightin weight right, so I can skip, do burpees run and interval train my ass off, or according to this I can bounce on a trampoline for an hour, is this right? Don't mess me around now, I'll give it a go if it is but could someone just reassure me they aren't making this up for fat arsed old women who won't do anything else so they tell em this??

  • @MickScarborough Thats probably because when people realised their mistake they simply clicked off it.

  • @XxZNBxX Your expectation is baseless since no one else made that comment.

  • @MickScarborough I expect quite a lot of people thought it was to do with basketball, no need to be so rude about it...

  • @FootbalFutbolS0ccer Your request is still based on ignorance

  • @MickScarborough that's rude bro..chill out... i was saying be more descriptive for future referance just in case someone ele might mistake it for bball

  • @FootbalFutbolS0ccer His description was fine. Your lack of excercise knowledge is the issue.
