Goulet was one of those wrestlers who never was able to make it from regional WWF to big-time WWF. They say he was kept on as a mid-card guy because he was good technically but also was a good "trainer" to the newer wrestlers.

I always enjoyed watching Goulet compete, and it was good to see him at least demolish a lot of the "cute boy" jobbers who were annoying even just to look at. Most of his matches against other enhancement wrestlers ended in victory.
