its real tough , i always ignore d first guy , run by him n ur team will take him down , well most of d time

Know your feeling, took me quite a while to beat it, my advise: don't waste time to reload, switch weapons instead (or pick up) and use your flashbangs whenever you can.

i finally beat miles high club on veteran, and i use different weapon to get through this level.

so on veteran there's a bonus level?....interesting

It doesn't matter witch difficulty you choose. "Mile High Club" takes place after the credits at all difficult levels.
