Its a track day, a "driver improvement day" not a race. Never said it was a race. Its a clip of me following a rather tasty Audi S2 round Oulton Park on a cold December Day. Sure, if he was trying, he could have toasted me no problem, but the thing is, he wasn't (hence the comment about his early braking). However, it makes for a nice video of a lovely car. I had a chat with the owners afterwards and they asked for a link to the clip. Its all about fun :)

I'm confused. Did you want me to believe that your practically bone stock 260hp torqueless flat motor can conceiveably keep up with a 370hp AAN motor making nearly twice the torque or did you want me to believe that the Audi driver was really trying...??

@Vorsprung70 - Believe what you like my friend! Firstly, it wasn't a race but secondly, if you look closely at the video, check the braking points for the Audi compared to mine (listen for my braking). The only non-stock item on my car were AP Racing callipers and discs. Torque is around the 250 ft/lb mark.

It would be helpful if you mentioned the type of car the camera is in, and that of the white car that is in front most of the race.

First thing to note is that it was NOT a race - it was a "track day" or "non-competitive driver improvement day".

My car (with camera) was a MY95 Subaru Impreza WRX RA - factory standard model except for uprated front brakes - 260BHP

Car in front was an Audi Quattro Coupe S2, stripped, caged, race spec and running 370BHP

Subarus sure are very good cars but those old 5-cylinder monsters hooked to the quattro drivetrain play in a diffenent league.

You have a fast and cool Subie but I don't think that this Audi was really trying...

@Vorsprung70 Oh wow wrong again. I'm not a fan of Honda or GM. Like I said always good to know thy enemy. So perhaps when your done being condescending and pretending to be intelligent you might take the time to see that I own a Subaru ( I've got multiple videos of it). If you dig further you would have seen that it's not my only Subaru either. However if you truly were smart you might have figured that out from the fact that I voraciously defended Subaru engines. Stop trying to look smart.

@porsche558 If you put as much effort into reading (starting with the title of the video) and educating yourself as you did at being a loudmouth scrote hobbit, I'm willing to bet my URS4 that you'd shed that illusory superiority and attain the ability to know if you were overestimating your knowledge and underestimating mine. But for now, I guess everyone gets to read about your Last & Furious fetish for Hondas and your interest in GM rental cars.
